Welcome to Peeps. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Peeps.

Who can use Peeps

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.

How you agree to behave

Peeps is a community. You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger other members; not to post illegal, hateful, or deceptive content; and not to use Peeps for spam or commercial solicitation you haven’t been invited to. Organizers and members meet in the real world — use good judgment and keep yourself and others safe. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Peeps a limited license to display and distribute that content within the app so it can function (for example, showing your activity to the people you invite). You’re responsible for the content you share.

Events and activities

Activities and groups on Peeps are created and run by members, not by Peeps. We don’t vet, endorse, or supervise them and aren’t responsible for what happens at an event. Attend at your own risk.

Paid memberships

Some features are part of a paid membership (Peeps Plus). Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider; your card details are handled by them, not stored by us.

Disclaimers and liability

Peeps is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other members.
